Overview
This Referral Scheme (the "Scheme"), operated by Phalanx Software Ltd (the "Company") is designed to reward Insulae
customers and individuals alike for referring new customers ("Referred Customers") who successfully convert into
paying customers. Referrers will receive One-4-All vouchers as explained further below in these terms & conditions.
Eligibility
- The Scheme is available for anyone residing within the Republic of Malta.
- Referrers may only refer people who are in the business of condominium administration or property management.
- Referred Customers must be new to the Company, must not have been previously contacted by us and must not have an
existing Insulae license or subscription.
- If there are multiple Referrers for the same person or company, then only the first such Referrer will be eligible to
receive the rewards as part of this scheme.
- Employees of the Company, their families and relations are not eligible to participate in the Scheme.
Referral Process
- To qualify for the Scheme, an individual (the "Referrer") should send an e-mail to the Company on contact@insulae.mt
and include the person they wish to refer in-copy.
- At its absolute discretion, the Company will establish contact with a Referred Customer.
Rewards
- Upon successfully conducting an initial contact and meeting with a Referred Customer, the Company will arrange to
send a €15 One-4-All gift voucher to the Referrer.
- If the Referred Customer becomes an Insulae paying customer, the Company will grant the Referrer additional One-4-All
gift vouchers with a total value of €45.

General Terms
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make however establishing further contact with a Referred
Customer is up to the Company's discretion.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time, with or without notice. Any changes
will be posted on the Company’s website.
- The Company may disqualify any Referrer or Referred Customer from participation in the Scheme if fraudulent activity
is suspected, including but not limited to, providing false information, collusion, or any other deceptive practices.
- The Company is not affiliated with The Gift Voucher Shop Ltd or any of the vendors that accept the One4All gift
voucher.
